Exploring Heraklion, Crete

After this morning’s visit to Knossos, Julia and I took the bus down to explore Heraklion a little bit more.

We had gyros near Lion’s Square for lunch and then walked around the city.

Julia is getting me into a new habit of going into any church we see. (Such as, Church of Saint Titus below.)
